I am a communications professional with over 12 years’ experience across charity, humanitarian, disability inclusion, mental health, research and international development settings.
My work focuses on creating clear, engaging and accessible communications for different audiences, including community members, young people, partners, donors, colleagues, media and wider public audiences. I have developed social media content, website stories, case studies, newsletters, campaign materials, videos, reports and visual assets that communicate impact and support organisational goals.
In previous roles with CIMMYT, Action Against Hunger, ADD International and IFSN, I worked closely with programme teams, researchers, partners and communities to gather stories, translate complex information into accessible content, and represent people’s experiences with dignity and care.
I am confident using digital and creative tools including WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. My strengths include storytelling, content planning, social media, video editing, visual communication, stakeholder engagement and inclusive communication.
I am particularly interested in communications that improve access, opportunity and representation for people whose voices are often underheard.
